1. Weather Conditions
Certain weather conditions may require us to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality and safety of the service. This includes rain, snow, severe winds, or insufficient daylight. If weather conditions prevent us from completing your service properly, we will contact you in advance via call or message to arrange a new appointment time.
2. Products & Equipment
We take pride in maintaining high-quality products and professional equipment. In the event that we do not have adequate product supply or if equipment becomes damaged or unavailable, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure your vehicle receives the level of care and attention it deserves.
3. Previous Appointment Delays
Vehicle condition can vary, and some detailing services may take longer than anticipated. If a previous appointment runs over the scheduled time and affects your appointment, we may adjust your service time or reschedule for the next available date.
We currently accept cash and Apple Pay. Payment is required prior to the start of the service, following a vehicle walk-around and a clear explanation of the services being provided.
Once payment has been completed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
For quality assurance and documentation purposes, before and after photos are required for every vehicle serviced. These photos help document the condition of the vehicle prior to service and showcase the final results of our detailing work.
